thought id better say something as ive been stalking around for a bit now, used to ride a bit back in the old mbc of wales era, lot of good riders around then, would love to hear from old boys from way back.

Frazerwhite.. damn theres a blast from the past! pretty modest too considering you held the pontypool 10mile time trial for many years & sponsored by raleigh in the later days... not many raleigh riders used a pace back then

I used to do all the welsh series & yeh I still ride... more than ever

great stuff! just rode a mountain bike for the first time in probably 15 years. done the taff trail from brecon to cardiff. talk about baptism of fire!!! enjoyed it that much i think ill get my own bike out. a bit.

I used to do the welsh series Never did very well though
