BB Question?

I'm watching some nice XT bits on Ebay at the mo and the BB is 68 x 122. Mine is marked 68 x 122.5. Someone tell me it will be fine ti interchange.

Plus are all Shimano BB's JIS?

JIS is Japanese Industrial Standards, along the lines of ISO International Standards Organisation*.


Otherwise known as some group that thinks these numbers will be a good idea.

i shouldnt worry about it, adjust the mech accordingly
