It's vintage & retro Jap m/cycles for me. Sports bikes leave me cold. These are my 1980 Yamaha XS650 Special 2 & 2001 Kawasaki W650. Wanted: Suzuki T500 1970-73!
Also vinyl records - lovely art work & great sound.
Born in the 50's - as Sting once sang (on the 1st Police lp.)

Thought I would join in here as I can relate to many comments and items!

I have a Nokia 8850, plus all my other phones from 98 onwards, little SonyErricson flip panel thing with the stubby aerial, retro in the mobile world I guess.
As for cars, I have a 73 Beetle which I have been working on and off, more off, since 1990,
Had a MK2 Golf GTI 1990 some time ago, and another Beetle which reg was OPF 813L, see previous Alfa plate-very similar!
Had a 83 Honda Civic Sport Twin Carb not long ago,
had a couple of Minis, MK1 Golf, Nissan Coupe 89, XR2i, 405 Mi16, 83 Nova with a Red top conversion-only 2 secs slower round Castle Combe than my Evo 6!
current drives, 89 318 Touring and a 93 Impreza.
Just changed my 98 CRT TV for one of these modern flat things with crap picture and audio!, and a blu-ray player, I thought Blue Ray was the bloke down the pub who sold the dirty videos!

Love old stuff in general, but also have some Apple products so not all old skool!

Loving some of the retro goodness here. Really like the Alfa and always had a soft spot for VeeDubs, I used to have a 64'split bus but sold it about 10 years ago :cry:

The Alfa is just beautiful! Something I aspire to myself one day - when we've moved house etc etc etc.

I have many retro bits and bobs lying around. The strangest is possibly a retro Test Receiver by Singer Stoddart. I also have lots of retro electronics (industrial rather than domestic) and some retro hifi which I am trying to part with to no avail.

Have had 'retro' vehicles, but nothing of great interest, except maybe this - though you have to be into overland or offroading to get it.

And I suppose this is retro though not as nice as the Alfa (or the Integrale) by a long way!
