This bike has been (one of) my pride & joys over the past few years, shame Ridgeback are not so highly regarded. My Muddy fox seeker lasted 5mins on ebay!

My Missis had a Ridgeback MX4 and that wasn't highly collectable. Saying that i only lost 23% of my money when i sold it 5 years later!
God only knows what id loose on my 1 year old bike if i came to sell it.

Your bike have Mountain LX thumbies that need replacing? Picked up a NOS set for $2 hoping I could transfer them to some SL-m732 mounts but they aren't compatible. They only mount to that year Mountain LX brake lever apparently (or possibly some other mount I do not possess).

Anyone needs 'em a they can be yours for a small negotiable charitable donation (like a fiver) to Hans Rey's Wheels4Life and I'll pay shipping (I'll set up a 100% charity eBay auction).

The Mountian LX thumbies are working fine thanks they have a few little marks on them, but otherwise all good.
