Anyone recognizes these flat & narrow mudguards?

No mark on them, look 70s, perhaps 80s to me. Very narrow and flat, quite rigid and not that light. First time saw something like these. Any knowledge about on here?

I've a suspicion that they could be French - but I can't remember the brand. I also think they were around in the 80's. One of the first 'minimalist' mudguards on the market.

Personally rate these mudguards, had them back in the day.

They were really good guards, way better than anything else at the time. I wanted some for my winter bike but couldn't find any at sensible prices so had to modify some metalastics.
