Anyone know who made these Anodised cantilevers

As in title, a friend of mine was having a rumage and came across these red anodised cantilevers in his garage. Just wondered if anyone could identify them. He seems to think they are Fred salmon.

Identical brakes were recently ebayed as Pauls for around 80 euro :roll: ..

I think they are a avid copy, I have some on my Saracen they came from ebay and had gray kool stop pads. They were about £10 for both ends, a bit heavy but work reasonably well
