Fork is too long for frame suggesting early 1990s - not TREK/Fisher I would say 'cause of brazed-on binder. I would guess someone threw this together out of their parts bin for someone who needed a commuter but knows nothing about bikes. Anyone with a hand saw could have that away in less than 2 minutes so the rider isn't too security-savvy either.
i have actually cut through one of them locks with cable snips when i couldnt find my bolt cutters, with bolt cutters its a a few seconds. I really dont know why people use one of thos locks on their own, its pointless. i quite like the bike though
