Anyone in Keighley able to jump start my car tomorrow?

Evening all,
I'm pretty sure my car battery has gone flat and I'm useless with all things automotive. When you turn the key in the ignition is makes a clattery-clicking noise but doesn't turn the starter motor over. I don't have a battery charger or any jump leads and it's too late to buy some because everywhere is closed. Also a bit late to be knocking neighbours up! I'm supposed to be travelling over to Chorley to see my family tomorrow morning for a surprise visit to my grandparents, so will be gutted to miss it. Is there any kind soul who lives very local to Keighley who would be able to jump start me tomorrow morning for the exchange of some beers or whatnot?
Any help much appreciated!
Dave.

The clickety clackety noise will probably be the starter solenoid energising but not enough power to turn it over.

If your on a hill you could just set off in neutral and bump start it. Take the long route to where you are going to give the car a chance to top itself up. It takes up to 10 miles of driving in winter to put back in what is taken out by starting and lights, rear heated window etc etc.
If it dies when you turn it off at the other end then get a new battery fitted if necessary.

However you do it get someone to check your electrics, winter is the worst for car batteries as it is cold, the 'consumers' in the car are all on full and quite often the car's charging system is not able to put back as much is going out every time you use the car.

Sorry I'm not closer.

Re:

Thanks for the reply Stick Legs. I used to do that with my old banger, but this new thing's automatic so I don't think (I may be wrong however) that it will start by running it downhill?
Come to think of it, my old banger didn't have half as many problems...

I am moving house this weekend, so very bad timing, be careful with swapping the battery on a modern vehicle, I would join the AA If I were you.
