Anyone ever deal with "scamartist" on ebay?

So the thing that is strange is that when this fellow bought the bars his ID was “tootbrush” but he was filing the claim under “scamartist”.
How do I block bidders?

I sold an item to person (anonymous) and they never paid,after three weeks I sold it to the underbidder as per the second chance system,the next day the toe rag left me negative feedback and they never even paid for the item or received it despite my prompts :twisted: They also refused to revise the feedback as per ebays rules :roll: I have proceeded to buy three items from said idiot and will leave a swathe of nego when I buy a couple of more right before christmas

The guy in question just won the item under a different ebay user ID!!!!!

How do I fight this?

How do you know it is the same guy :? If you are really sure then you have to contact ebay over the phone and also you will have his address when you send it

Go to the contact us link on your ebay page,and report the **** hole,it is against the rules to have more than one user name,they will ban him

Not so. There's no restriction on the number of eBay accounts an individual can have.

Is that so,I reported a multiple id user for constantly cancelling bids and eventually they banned him :? maybe for abuse of the bid cancelling procedure then :?

Guys, a mate of mine has just got burnt by this guy. When he was telling me the story, it was like "oh this is familiar".
Can anyone who has been burnt confirm the address for scamartist (or whichever name) via PM to me so I can pass it to my friend. . . just to cross check we have the right address. My friends transaction was via paypal gift- so he has no tracability.
