Could be late 1950’s / 1960’s (based on the downtube decal style - does it have a metal head badge drilling under the decal?) depending on the stamps, looks like it’s been refinished as the Reynolds tube sticker is new and possibly not Competition tubing (too new for the model) but neat classic machine (hubs are nice)… not hugely valuable but well worth using

Lugs and braze ons suggest 80s to me. But I reckon it's been repainted and used old style transfers
