Any info about this Saracen HardTrax

i was walking the dog and found this frame in the woods(honest), dumped with other rubbish.

can you tell me;
what year is it?
is it any good?
whats the ride lie?
can i fit disc brakes on the rear?

is 6061 alu, and feels okay.

That one is probably 1999 or possibly this millennium even.
The HardTrax was pretty much at the bottom of the Saracen ranges. The steel ones are heavy but okay I suppose, but the aluminium ones won't be particularly inspiring. 1998 and after signalled a real nose dive in the Saracen brand.

Might build up into a pub bike at best.

loosk like it. may put a pannier on the back to take a slab of beer....

I'm pretty sure that hasn't got tabs for disc brakes.

I'd say if you've got loads of spare parts, build it up, but I wouldn't go throwing money at it.
