Hi folks,
bit of a long shot here but am looking for a way of shipping a prized retro frame from Brighton to my home in Grenoble, France ... without spending an arm and two legs!
Any smart ideas or useful past experience very welcome.
cheers

they gonna lock the thread in a bit and direct you to another thread, im in that process of shipping frame only

for frame only with VAT to austria with parcel2go, its costing £31 inc VAT.

toehsrw ere saying you can get a whole bike shipped for this, but you need to be creative with the paking and get it as small as possible as they go by volume rather than weight

Thanks for both these leads, which are about half the price I've seen elsewhere.
I once bought a 21" MTB on EBay and asked the seller to ship it to me by Parcelforce. He sent it whole, with the saddle sticking out of the top of the box (it was stuck but eventually came out). Fortunately it was a Marin and survived undented. But it was an awesome, costly experience.
cheers
