Any idea what this is?

I don't know about it not being a Falcon, seems very similar to this one, other than slight wraparound stay and dropout differences. It even has the remnants of top and bottom head badge rivets, which older Falcons have. They were usually hollow "pop" style rivets though.

That is quite similar.

I had a Falcon Track frame (still have a road version) and sold them in the shop.........never seen one with mudguard eyes. They were also very track orientated and usually so tight brakes were a no-no.

I'm afraid not. Gosh that was a while ago.
This year's mystery frame may or may not be a Carlton. Any thoughts?

Just the frame. I realise the rest is a bit random....
