What’s the deal with these Manitou specific front mechs? Is it just the moveable part of the clamp that is changed to suit the larger diameter seat tube? I think I bought one by mistake recently

Hi, I’ve just searched my way to this thread looking for a 1997 manitou catalogue as I’m looking for more pictures / info on how the factory build was and all the other parts that were offered by Answer / Manitou that year.
