Another Hope Corker

I bought a set of Hope Tech M4 brakes in 2010 if I remember rightly and when swapping my front wheel out this week I noticed a crack where the retainer pin screws through the pads on the caliper. I sent Hope a photo and got a reply back in the morning asking me to send it back. Sent it Monday morning and received it back with a new caliper fitted with brand new sintered pads for the sum total of £0.00 today.

Fantastic work to them and way outside of the warranty period.

What's with the negativity Fagin?

Have sold at least 20,000 pounds worth of Hope stuff over the last 4 years.

Warrantywise? A couple of bearings they changed as they were out of tolerance (they don't make their own bearings)

That's IT! No other customer complaints, whatsoever....

Cracked a 3 year old XT caliper a couple of years ago.

Threw it in the bin.
