Pfft!.. This is why the UK is falling behind with innovation.. would Heath Robinson use a Dremel?.. would Janet Ellis? of course not!.. would Brunel? .. well probably yes but the others wouldn't

I think he should be applauded for getting 5his sorted out in the shed. Too many people would throw the frame away and buy a new one, or pay for someone else to do it.

Yes, he could have gone foraging for flint and fashioned a suitable tool, fixed the frame and taken time out to hunt for food, but fair play

Anodising would have dissolved it! Maybe not completely but enough to get it back out the hole!
Although if it’s stainless they won’t be happy about the chromium now in their anodising tank!
