Anodiser recommendation around west london / home counties

Alternative would be to have the inverse of the decals made, then fit to frame and get the logo blasted on to the cranks with bead blasting or similar (check what you want first). Then when it's anodised the logo will be Matt and the rest polished. You'd need to get them polished first though.

so today I am sending off two sets of cranks to be re-anodised, some lovely Graftons and some Cooks Bros. I will report back when they are done by A1 anodising and post up pics... I will be heartbroken if they ruin the graftons.

Re:

I have found that Collings refinishers in Milton Keynes will do my brake levers, cash job £10. dropping them off tomorrow :)

I am quite pleased with both. The darker ones are Cook Bros. Nothing else is needed to be done to the Graftons but the cooks are a bit more used and now are missing their logo's... would etching be a good idea? Or do I drop back to decals? I think decals wont work very well, heels tend to rub, etching possible? I have no idea...

Re:

Rampage is looking into laser etching I believe. Will await his input. The Turq looks deep and bright.

Nice work!

This thread gives me some great ideas.
Original blue ano parts are quite expensive.

Anyone attempted dismantling derailleurs? ;)

But watch the price of originals plummet  ( eg Grafton Fat Fingers) when it's possible to get them produced, restored or converted for sensible money ;)

Been thinking about doing this to my ProShift's but then I think I should get medical help instead
