And today I did......

Re:

The Ti stabilisers I could put to good use if I'd ever gotten round to fitting them to my bike but why would you buy something you can't possibly use?
WTF makes you go all the way to actually bid on it?

Hey, they're great wee bikes.
Hooligan is the right name for them....

Naw, the problem is i wouldnt be happy and would want to change this ,that t'other.
No likey the cranks, no hope brakes, big Al must do my wheels and before you know it another year has passed and ive spent 3x its initial cost

F29 carbon i would be content with.

I hope

Cheap price though and though not aesthetically pleasing i guess it will do its job well. :?

I thought it was mtb and it was a bin price, newly listed, ton fifty hub take it or leave it and these things you need to decide on quickly.
I couldnt find any info initially so though for 30 quid id risk a chance.

Ach, im sure we've all made poor decisions, hardly the need to sound incredulous

I was in Halfords today picking up my free lights courtesy of the Mail on Sunday and had a look at this

http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bikes/m ... -bike-2015

Seems very well equiped for £699 with X9 and 130mm Sektor and has the current fad of 27.5" wheels and slack head angle. Can't find any reviews and no doubt folk will write it off cause its exclusive to Halfords but you couldn't buy the parts for £699 and its better specced than the On One bikes at the same price point. Felt very light weight too but not available to test ride other than around the sales floor.

I'm familiar with that process.

My Dahon Hammerhead has been the beneficiary of a few wee extra bits since this pic.

A set of Rolf wheels cost more than the bike... :)

Incredulous naw but I did see that in the description it says it's a hub for a road racing bike.
My first Google search gave me all the info I needed.

"For Bike Type: Road Racing Bike"
Missed it

PS
Bought another rear hub that i cannot use  Though this is special.
