Today I went a run, been off training for a week or so but was flying today got whats called a float day were everything just goes right, took a chunk out of my regular training run time.

[Rumble]

Took the rumble to glentress today, did the red followed by the blue. I forget what a nice place to ride it is when it's nice and quiet. Bike was great, i'd forgotten how much fun it is, and how unforgiving the back end is!

Very weird vibe around, with the old shop closed, cafe open but not for long, and the peel centre lurking there, open but very quiet. End of an era.
