Sounds like a man of taste - the White Lightning is spot on in a coast-guardy way, and anything ultrapink is fine by me. Should look grand in the snow.

Bid on a cheapy A-stars AST 140 purely for the Brooks B-17, but (probably) luckily for me didn't get it. Went for £26-odd in the end.

Should have guessed that'd be on your radar - You didn't win it either then? I think it was £11-ish with less than a minute to go, so put in a max bid of £15-odd.

No real desire for the saddle, just thought at that price it would have been rude not to.
