And today I did......

put new brakes on the c16r, started to assemble a Marin for Arran, and realised that every time the sun comes up I get closer to favouring disc brakes

Started packing lots of bike stuff into boxes, its all going away for a while, cannae be ersed tooling around.

Funny that, same here, totaly lost my retro mojo lateley, hardly look at the for sale section now (unbeleiveable but true  ), still going to ride as much as possible, just wont be doing any builds.

Speaking of riding went for a ten mile blast on the streets yesterday, really hammered it, was back in the house in 40 minutes, dont know if that's good or bad ? (on a mountain bike), anyway towards the end i could feel my thighs starting to cramp up, how can i combat this ? (it has happened before), is it just a case of going to hard ?, not stretching or warming up ?, or just lack of regular riding.

Is that 24 kph/15 mph average?
Try spinning your legs more rather than pushing a massive gear
....................... I think

Saturday was a good bike day, Dundee TravelActive day , I rode a mini Penny Farthing and ultraMiniKen was doing loads of tricks and got spotted by the press...

He had a great laugh, the photographers noticed him because he was jumping off the steps of the caird hall on his bike as the guys were doing their tricks.
