After being off the bike for several weeks and having to return home for a family funeral it was nice to be 'home' proper and out on the Big Dummy and riding with Brian again. A bit wet and cold but hey! that's fine with me. More to post later.

First night ride of the season, just couldn't get motivated before xmas. Really cold, but sensibly dressed so was able to enjoy the frozen trails. Had entire country park to ourselves except for one pair of head torch toting dog walkers. Next week provisionally arranged already.
Impending patter of tiny cleats must be inspiring me to grab my moments when I can.

Good effort clubby, not motivated for night rides the now lol. But at the gym and doing some longer walks with shona which is all helping.

Discovered early morning spin classes as well which I’m enjoying, mainly for the fanny tho lol.
