I had a cycle round Loch Leven today then stopped off at the Loch Leven Larder for a very civilised lunch (with a lady)
The flies on the west side of the loch were fecking horrendous but the weather was scorcharoony

Lapierre, weighed about the thick end of 45lbs but in Turbo mode (foot for 65-70miles) it took me up the first 10 minutes of Inners XC in about 4, every pedal stroke was "rewarded" with and good boot from the back and you only needed to be in a light gear.....

Coming down was assisted too and you can feel a differ eve at points even if you pay a penalty and can't jump the bugger!

Anyway I had a visit to Edinburgh R I today to get my post surgery MOT and the surgeon is very pleased with the results and said I'm in great shape for a woman of my age :shock:
