And today I did......

Re:

Not the Advanced Andy but its is the LTD version of the 2, Advanced is the carbon frame. Which differs it looks like by specing a Reverb over Giants own dropper post.

Whoa!!! Mr Kaiser, that was not what I was suspecting but hey, you are doing a lot of the big mountain stuff and it looks like a great rig for it. They are known for being great all mountain machines.
It is a strange thing though as I found myself looking, well glancing really at a secondhand frame of one of these on Thursday. It was a few years old with a shock, no fork and was a bit more subtle than the one above. A silver with gold decals. I wondered whether it would make a good singlespeed machine for the bigger hills. Then I thought no :)
Have you been out today?

Jamie

Re:

I'm not sure Jamie, sounds overkill for singlespeed. You could try gears ye know :) Keith is yer man though, I'd say he knows the Giant range as well as anybody. Not out today, gathering brownie points, might get a hurly tomorrow morning.

Rob, I even telt her before I bought it!

Looks good Klaus.
I've been looking at the Specialized FSR Fattie thing recently.
650B+ full suss looks pretty tasty, but then I woke up and remembered I would only get use of it once or twice a year.

In other news, today I finished switching the El-Mar to gears so I have a SS space for my new purchase. Should be here Tuesday. :D

C'mon then Barry, what is it?
Theres always room for more singlespeeds ;)

Whats going on in macretro land? its not even Christmas yet :)

Jamie

Re:

Well spotted Jamie I nearly missed that (FFTC) I had to go back for a re-read

While every one seems to be coming clean, I 'may' be making a new bike purchase before Christmas
it's NOT a 26'er and it's NOT got suspension
