spent a very enjoyable 2 hours cleaning the bikes-I have been very lax these last few months and the poor wee lambs were a real sight, need to do a full service some day soon and get back in the swing of looking after things.

Don't feel bad about it Ive been the same just ask Keithyr Ive never had my bikes as bad as this ever.

Today is my birthday and I've been a very lucky old man! Loads of nice pressies, slightly dampened by the fact I'm doing a 12hr nightshift but the weekend beckons!
