Hi again,

Its been a while, but i cant seem to find my original post?
Does anyone know where its gone?

Ive been out riding the past few days and still feel sore.

I went to my local cycle store but the young salesman didnt seem confident enough to measure me up for the saddle i wanted. Something about health and safety.
Has the world gone mad? All this red tape just baffles me. :?

Randal from Randal's Handles, (formely the Sandals) said that chamois creme will really help, im still not sure, sounds a bit kinky to me! :?

Any clues on my original post would be great, i feel i was just beggining to break new ground/saddles.

All the best.

Hi guys,

Still no ideas on my post?

Been riding quite a lot, and ive been feeling better. :D
But still longing for a better saddle.

Got myself in quite a pickle tonight and ripped the crotch area of my shorts completley open on the saddle!
Talk about ventelation!! The last hour of my ride was quite breezey thats for sure!

Anyway, if anyone can please help me out let me know!

Thanks.

Saddle = try a Charge Spoon, very much favoured on this forum.

Chamois cream = try Paceline Chamois Butt'r, very much favoured by my barse.

Bike shops = try one that has experienced and helpful assistants rather than monkeys!

HI,

Thanks for the reply!

Ill look into that saddle.

Im still not convinced about the chamois creme, maybe ill try it.

My local bike shop is Halfords and they arent very helpfull, last time i asked about chamios creme the man ran into the backroom, he seemed to be laughing.

I wish there was a decent bike shop near me, where do you get you bits from?
Im thinking of maybe ordering online to get what i want, any ideas?

Thanks

Barry

The thing is, we don't know anything about you, and we know even less a bout your behind.

A Brooks B17 is a good choice. My personal favourite is the Specialized Body Geometry, but YMMV. You really need to try a few.

I'm not sure this post is serious.

As such I'd suggest either strapping or ice.

I am in need of help with my Changement de pied during the Demi Detourné, can you give me any pointers ?
