What are these like on arm length ? I'm 6'4" and average-ish build, always seem to struggle with clothes having long enough arms. I'd guess at a large normally; XL aren't always longer, just wider !

I'm a skinny 6" 2". Went medium and im happy with the arms length it's spot on. Guess a large would be fine for you on that basis.
