A bit of an odd one this, a 92 Alpinestars Cro-mega DX in 91 Al-mega XT colours, well sort of. Thread here http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... p;t=221170. Unfortunately circumstances mean I have to move it on now.
I'm looking for £200 for the frame, forks and NOS XT headset, I have replaced the steel bearings in this with ceramic ones. Any postage will be at cost, happy for collection and I'm willing to deliver or meet you halfway if you're not too far away (West Sussex). If you want to pay by Paypal, gift or you pay the fees please.
I've priced it to allow for the fact it won't be everyones cup of tea. It was a personal project after all.
A couple of chips from storing in an overcrowded garage. The worst of which is on the back of one of the fork legs, shown below.
I'll throw in the Thomson seatpost as well, it's been cut down to 265mm to avoid the bend in the seat tube.
The frame measures 17.5" c to c.
