Hey andy ,i got this bike from a friend who build it and it also doesn’t come with the original fork..last time he told me that this frame fits a 1 1/4 steerer tube.Ive been wanting to change the fork to a 1 1/8 and just want some answers to clear things up,can i change a normal 1 1/8 headset and fit in a 1 1/8 fork..currently with this fork i can fit in a 700cx35 tires but im getting a fork that can clear up to 40mm tires cause from the specs of this frame it can go up to 40mm tires.please advise thanksHi,
Never find any thread about this bike before, and just have a chance to made one.
The frame is aluminum EASTON 7000 series tubing, 19" size, 700cx35 tyre.
Cant wait the DX groupset to complete, so i use the XT from my another bike.
Still searching for the Alpinestar 700c fork.
