Airbrush for chips and dings?

Hello all, and thank you for clicking on my first proper post here...

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with having chips and deeper scratches on their frames repaired by an airbrush artist?

I'm putting new life into my trusty '04 Cannondale F600, which has (for my eyes) a beautiful fluorescent green-yellow-black paintjob. However, 10 years of weekly use has seen the frame collect quite a few scratches and chips to the paintjob, which I'm now looking to have restored. And the only think that I can think of is to get someone to spray in the scratches with an airbrush pen, and then lacquer it over. Has anyone had experience with good airbrush artists? What would something like that come to? Let's say there's about 10 spots that need correction, ranging from small, 1cm long scratches that expose the bare aluminum, to chips measuring 5x5mm.

Thanks!
