80s, 90s indie band cover of Steptoe and Son?

Maybe losing the plot here, but I could have sworn an old skool indie band like Half Man Half Biscuit or The Wedding Present did a moshy cover of the the Steptoe and Son sound track. It may not have been released but would be done at gigs? Anyone? Anyone …?

So the tune is called Old Ned, maybe that might help you track it down. I used to love watching Steptoe as a young boy, hilarious.

That's a band I often think is missing from Absolute90's playlists, & not connected in any way, but Carter the unstoppable sex machine then springs to mind too.
