Age of my Puch Tourning bike?

I'm thinking it is 1970's as the strumey is a 69, I think. But I cant find anymore about it.

The frame number is 5144390

It's not a top end bike but it has weinman brakes and a 3 speed sturmey archer. I just wouldn't mind knowing the age of it really.

If the hub's dated 1969, that's a good indication of the bike's age.

If the hub has 69 stamped on its shell, that was the year it was made. It's a fair assumption to say the bike's the same age.

there is a guy in an Austrian bikeforum who is a specialist in PUCH (mainly Roadbikes). He knows a lot about the history of PUCH and I`m sure he owns some records for the serialno. of their frames.
btw. PUCH had BITD a Pros RR team with their top of the range bikes
