A nice pair

These have been built using Hope Ti Hubs, Titanium spokes and Mavic Sunset rims.
It has taken nearly 2 years to get the parts and have them built.
Finding the parts for the front was relatively easy, with a NOS hub and rim being sourced very quickly.
The wait has been for a very good or NOS rear hub to match.
In the end I got a very good blue hub and had it anodised.
I already had a rim as I bought them as a pair.
In the end I think they make quite a nice and unique set of wheels.

That rear wheel is awesome. Is it strong enough to ride? It looks F...ing AWESOME.......Now put it in a bike and show it......

Thanks, I'm particularly pleased with the rear, that's the plan.
Should be done by end of the month.
A couple of small things to source and that's it.
The wheels have been done for a very specific reason.
The thread is in the bike section.

Question: what lenght spokes did you use for the reaer wheel? I wanna try something like that one day. And is that wheel strong enough to ride it?

If re anodizing the rear how do you get past the ti center and its bonding glue :?

Wheels look superb by the way
