This is the new mtb of my dad...
I can't understand the brand of the frame, but it have some very nice solution and some (atmo) nice detail...

I think is a powdercoat .. is exactly how I bought ... the previous owner has kept for years in the attic ... I simply clean it and it's amazing how it looks like the "cannondale-volvo" blue... i love it!

It looks like a muddy fox. I'm sure it's from the late 99's or early 2000, that kind of era. If its the one I'm thinking of its one of their entry dh bikes

it has nice welding and really nice solution like i.e. the asymetrical rear triangle, the bolt-fixing details, etc... and the possibility to choose the rear-shock options...
not so bad fot being the first full-susp bike of my 57yo dad

Kuwahara frames have carried that exact same frame decal for triple butted, seamless and extruded 7005 tubing

Has been a popular MTB brand in the Scandinavia in the 90's, but elsewhere mostly known for BMX bikes

They did at least some full-susp models such as "Ohio" - but difficult to find info

Parts are a real mish-mash. Mechs early to mid 90s, wheels look similar vintage, crankset and forks are newer, early to mid 2000s I'd say. Brakes are late 90s or early 2000s.

Yes sir! The components are a big mess!
This is the bike that my dad 62yo use for the Trail ride...
The real question is about the frame...it seems good...
