Well I think it fits well I had an 18" frame and it was too small. I can always buy a smaller frame in the future

.... and if you like it, are comfortable, and love riding it, then nobody else is qualified to comment.... you could addorn it with pink handlebar tassles,wing mirrors and an adjustable stem if you like, as long as you loved it and rode it

If that's a 19" frame then it must be measured C-C too, not C-T ?.

It's 19" from bottom bracket to seatpost clamp

iam about 5,7 5,8 an run 18inch with seat hi, allso have a 20inch bike that i ride, the 20 dosnt feel far off the 18 so can depend on many things to what size fits i think
