Speaking of big cardboard boxes, I went to my LBS today to scrounge a box, and the only one they had was for an electric bike they just built. The box is so big that they couldn’t fit it in their commercial recycling bin without cutting it up.
They offered it to me, along with a knife so I could cut it up however I liked.
Managed to cut it roughly in half and stack the two halves on top of each other in my car.
Got it home to see the scale of the thing!
For reference, it would fit a 90’s Proflex complete…, ok you’d have to turn the bars and take the pedals off, but that’s it!
