Fudge cycles weren't any help on the decal front I'm afraid - suggested eBay.

I'd get in touch with gil_m and see if he has any on file or can reproduce from pictures.

Superstu has a nice one of these above, although he is taking a world records time to fix it up properly.

I have rescued a sad one recently too, way too small for me so I am building it up for the wife. Not sure it will be used, so like you, building a bike I don't need but its fun so why not.

We should organise a wife bike themed meet. 6 foot blokes on 15" bikes and the like!

i've seen both your posts when searching about the frame

i found some lightweight tange forks with ritchey drop outs, that was on my old prestiege stumpy....nice and light and well springy, but they are what looks like zinc plated, with some surface rust, but that's no problem if you own a car restoration company
a lx hub with db spokes laced to a mavic d521 sup

a dx hub laced to an unknown rim....any ideas what rim this is?
