Finished this 18 Months ago but only just gotten round to taking some photos as have just been so busy lately. I've not even ridden it yet and tbh am in 2 minds to sell it as it is just sat in the dining room getting dusty. I just can't decide what to do as regret is a horrible thing and I doubt there are many out there in this condition
Frame is pretty much mint, no dings or scrapes with original undamaged decals. This was due to its previous owner having bad knees so he hardly rode it. All the parts I acquired are either NOS or mint/near mint.
Beautiful bit of kit though and am really pleased with how it came out, enjoy!

Re:

Awesome build. Only bit I’d change is the bars as they don’t fit width wise the era of the build.

Re:

Such a sorted looking frame. Black rims set it off great, the bar/stem combo also hits my retro nerve but hey, if it’s fits better and you like it, then rock it.

Regret is a bitch. If you’re not facing bankruptcy then store it away until such time that unwrapping it gives you a thrill again.

 very clean looking build. Personally i would have specced xtr cranks also but it wouldnt cause me sleepless nights as it is

Like above, hide it away to avoid temptation and get it out when you have got over the selling phase, having said that, when you do split it i would be interested in the wheelset :D

great bike!

 great build, nice parts - nice and subtle detailing. Would love to see it with other, more XC-orientated tyres.

Re:

Thanks all. Tyres are 1.5.
Will keep it till next year deffo then rethink. Knowing me it will still be unridden
