Am posting in >97 as most of the components are 97 or earlier, plus, I think folks here would still appreciate the 631frame.
Everything is in excellent close to new condition, fork has recently been serviced and she rides better than any retro bike I've owned.
Was built from the complete running gear off a near NOS '97 Cinder Cone so has full period correct Kona post/stem/bar etc, but a few notable mint upgrades such as:
M739 shifters
M739 RD
X-Lite Kevlar saddle
Avid Arch Rival Vs
Will come supplied minus pedals and with original excellent shape Break/Enter tyres. There's also an option to fit an original triple butted P2 fork which is shown in last picture for reference. In which case, I'll drop the price by £25.
The frame was pampered by myself last summer, all chips touched in and any cable/chainstay rub meticulously taken care of and sealed. End result is a tasty bike that wants for absolutely nothing in as close to new condition as you're ever likely to find this model.
Am not kidding when I say how nice this one is to ride, the 631 tubing is just fab and I'm a huge fan of the M739 Shifters and Arch Rivals - it's about as good as bikes ever got before discs and carbon took over.
South Coast based near Brighton but delivery to Surrey/Berks/Wilts is potentially available. Will post at cost.
