Thanks again to Dan Chambers for the headtube replacement, now 1 1/8th. I have also decided not to have the frame machine polished, and keep the the repair visible. It is all part of the frames story.

I like and approve of that approach - it's like keeping original mods / replacements on classic cars. Concourse is for poofs.

The build looks shit mind, but hey ho, would expect nothing less. x

Well if you think the build's shit, I must be doing it right.

I finally have the last bolts to finish.
The bike rides great and the forks are loosening up and giving a full 2"ish of travel.
