'95 M2 Stumpjumper FS frame

being a newb, I'm 6ft 1 and around 17 stone what size Stuntie would I be looking at as they always seem alot smaller than other frames

If you're looking for a 'Stuntie' then 15.5" may well suit

but, seriously you want a 19" Stumpy.......the next size up 20" is seriously loooong and suits people like Beaker at 6'4".
