Quite a lot of value for your $300 there! I can't tell for sure whether the frame is a size 17 or 18. I think maybe 18, but if so I wonder why the seller think's it's a size small?

The headtube looks pretty small / the gap between the bottom and top tube on the head tube looks smaller than a 18. Was that because of the tubing used? Maybe it's just my eyes playing tricks on me.

I know what you mean but I reckon its 18, the ovalised tubing at the head makes it tighter. If I could get a fair shipping price i'd have it, e mailed the seller, we'll see.
