this followed me home a while ago looking pretty sad, cut off wrong-size post sanded down to fit, hideous red kalloy stem (stack much too high for the steerer), nadgered cranks, loose BB.

it lost most of its original LX based spec and had a few nice DX components, (and some broken bits, and some cheap nasty wheels)

a bit of mucking about and...

still needs a new back wheel but it's starting to look quite nice....

nah. the paint has a few rough spots, so it'll stay a budget tinkerfest

I've just finished building a Kili Flyer of the same vintage. Gil does have the decals on file if you change your mind.

For me this is about the pinnacle for Saracen. I know a lot of folks rate the slightly earlier bikes higher, but I've go to say '94 is about s good as it got.

That colour is just epic though.
