Very careful selection of parts with an equal left/right weight bias...sort of like blueprinting an engine. When parts don't match weight-wise from one side to the other, I use a Dremel tool to shave grams for balance. If done properly the bike will ride noticably better, and will stand on it's own without a prop.
Either that, or I use a thin metal rod to prop it that blends into the pic

fork is indeed a P2. Funny thing is the bike had a P2 on it when I got it, but it's different from the P2 that's on it now. The one that came on the bike had different dropouts and was a bit heavier...this one has nice clean looking dropouts and is noticably lighter.
