Stunning and rare bike !

the up and down welding job seems to be made with different welder : up is very regular, like job made by Merlin in first time, the down seems to be made step by step, with a "Sandvik" Style.
(I've got a moots combo bar/stem, with the second style welds…)

I do not know about differences in the technique, but i heard that the tubes are oriented and "pointed together" by hand in a first step and then welded by an device (not just by hand) in a second step.
