8sp shifters, Avid-V-brakes and different sadle.
I know, the v-brakes are non retro, but I really needed some brake-power.

is that a m730 crankset?

Nope, don't thinks so. And it aint the original LX crank. (left crank is the original LX)

yep, she's a beauty...nicer without the red bits.

Still searching for 8 sp Shimano shifters. They are hard to find.
Also want to change the stem for a more racy one.

Great bike !! The only thing I would change is the stem. I would go for a 0° stem... or as you say: a more racy one...

With the black parts it realy took me back to the time when those were in store, it looks stunning..

Really nice. Just the fact the the Ti is bonded to the joints is cool.
