1992 team marin frame. Marin size Medium.
Tange Prestige Ultimate ultrastrong tubing, with the iconic ditched downtube!
Probably marin at its best....frame is identical to team issue frames of that year less the nickel plate.
17.5" c to c. 19" c to t.... frame number M12***, so Marvel factory, team issue/ team, 1992.....
11/8" steerer, with standard 100/135 dropouts.
Threads all good, and clean inside tubes. Paint worn in places and a few spots of surface rust so rider or restore.
Comes with a free set of Sachs Sakae suspension forks, which appear not to be leaking, but haven't been serviced. So free with frame!
Update...I've also found a marin lite stem and bars that can go in free too, to sweeten the deal...pics below.
Was destined to be a build for the other half of the tootyred consortium, but decided to stick with the orange prestige instead.
Bargain as paints not perfect, just £95, plus post/pack of £15.
