For the fm you need a conventional-swing (high band), down-pull with 28.6 clamp. They did say that the FD-M735 was for standard drive and the subsequent FD-M737 was for compact drive, so in theory if you're staying with standard drive the FD-M735 is the latest you should use, but in reality I think there is interchangeability and that was Shimano flannel.

RD-M735 rm may be best for a 7-speed cassette, but again RD-M737 or 739 will work perfectly well and not look too out of place.
