90's Campagnolo Athena Crankset

Can anybody tell me if I can use a 1992 Athena sealed bearing bottom bracket on a 1990 Athena crankset?
I have a 1990 Cannondale Athena which has the old loose ball bearing bottom bracket I would like to replace.

I don’t have experience with Athena, but for slightly older Super Record/Record and as a general rule, if say you are replacing a square taper Campag BB with another square taper Campag so as long as the axle width is the same on the sealed bearing one and it has the same thread on the cups there shouldn’t be a problem. thread is likely to be English and shell width 68.
I’ve done it with Early 90’s Dura Ace 7400 which came as an unsealed BB, and replaced with a sealed Dura Ace BB.
I’ve also used Stronglight sealed units and FAG, anyone else remember them?

Record and Chorus cranks take a 102mm BB spindle (for double, 111 for triple) the rest use a 111 for double and 115 for triple.
