9 speed thumbies - best option?

+1 for the 9s Microshifts - run them with M952 derailleurs on my Hei Hei. Just bought 3 pairs more after noticing they're being discontinued.

Just a word of warning: patching a tube roadside by flipping the bike over will scratch the aluminum hex adjustment screws really easily unless you've got bar ends or something.

Does anyone have the low-down on which of the 3 types of Paul thumbies has the correct fittings for regular shimano, Dura Ace , Dia Compe downtube shifters to be used with 9 speed shimano derailleurs on flat bars and also which bar end shifters like Dura Ace and microshift can also be used with the paul mounting brackets ??? a 3rd option would appear to be sram shifters although I havent seen any in UK.
I do like microshift and have bar end shifters (friction only not indexed) on a gravel bike with drops - however looking for something similar on flat bars.
My top choice currently would be the dia compe levers as they look good and are light and not too bulky - I just don't know which of the various Paul mounts I would need ( square raised mount with hex bolt through the middle?)

these are the shifters and picture of the mounts I am anticipating are the correct ones

unfortunately the Paul instructions are devoid of much in the way of illustrations nor compatibility info

thanks in anticipation that someone may have done this before me

thanks for speedy reply - that does help me rule out the sram one - as that has recessed mounts ( intriguingly the linked instruction pdf suggests this model accommodates all of sram, microshift, shimano - https://www.paulcomp.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/thumbie_2019.pdf however that cant be the case as the latter two require a raised square mount. Ho hum I think its the shimano variant I need for the dia compe levers .

If you can find a decent deal on the Paul mounts then I say go for the Paul + Shimano bar-end combo. I've run it on a few different bikes. Not sure about the VO or Rivendell alternatives but I like the Pauls. The action on my shifters is quite stiff and requires a bit of force, much more so then maybe a Suntour Power Ratchet, but like Betsy above mentioned the shifting is flawless and is satisfyingly clunky. It also might just be my set.
